I came all the way from the Central Coast to Cabramatta in search for fabrics for my wedding dress and found everything I wanted at Van Hung Fabrics.The service was amazing and there were endless choices in laces and beaded fabrics in store.

Funny enough, almost a year after your review and the service at Van Hung Fabrics is still pathetic. I went there last week with the intention of buying some classy, expensive lace for a dress and didn't find much at all. When I finally found something that seemed decent enough, the female assistant very rudely mentioned that it was $65 a meter and probably too expensive for me. Poor lady didn't know that I am in the business of dress-making and the cheapest fabric I use costs more than $65/m. And because it was situated behind a few rolls of fabric she wasn't ready to bring it out if I wasn't serious about buying it. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I do like seeing a fabric before actually buying it.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I am another valuable customer that they have lost and I most certainly will not be recommending this store to any of my customers or business associates.
Rude, arrogant, disrespectful and pathetic customer service.

I drove all the way out to cabramatta from inner west Sydney because I know you have beautiful laces. You did not have exactly what I was looking for so I decided to continue browsing in other fabric stores nearby. I returned to the store with the intention of buying other lace and beautiful trims i had seen only minutes before only to be insulted by your male sales assistant. I am highly skilled in the industry with a couture bridal and evening wear service and was looking to stock up on beautiful things. I deal with wholesalers and retailers on a regular basis and never have i been treated like this before. I travelled all the way out to you because i had heard a lot about the quality of your products. The service i received and the way i was spoken to was disgusting and completely arrogant. You should look in to the total arrogance and rudeness of your staff. You lost a sale today and i will certainly not be returning nor will i be recommending you to others in the industry or any clients looking for fabrics.
