Dr Brian Finn

I’ve had two surgeries with Dr Finn now and both experiences were excellent. Pre-surgery appointments he was organised and had a plan ready to go. For such a busy surgeon he certainly made me feel in good hands. Both surgeries went well and healing was quick. The end result was fantastic. Grateful to have such an experienced and capable surgeon so local.

I am a patient of Dr Finn and would highly recommend him. I am anxious with all dental procedures due to childhood experiences and wasn't looking forward this one. Dr Finn explained what would happen and reassured me throughout the procedure. It was quick and painless, during and after the operation. My dentist even commented on how neat the work was! I will be returning for the final procedure and know that I am receiving the best professional and personal treatment. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends.

Totally agree with Suzi w. Best decision I could have made. His consultation included computer graphics which were a real eye-opener for me, and helped me understand exactly what my options were without getting confused with the terminology. His reception staff were so helpful trying to make my appointments fit in with my timetable. They are just a totally professional , but friendly team. Surgery was without complications, and I am one happy patient.

I saw Dr Finn based on a friend's recommendation and actually travelled to Cairns specifically for surgery - best decision I could have made. I was very happy with the consultation, surgery and recovery times. I found his manner very straight-forward and open, and he answered all of my questions without treating me like an idiot (very refreshing when it comes to surgeons!). Would definitely recommend Dr Finn to others.

I should have been prepared with the previous comment, arrogant with a dismissive bedside manner all true. I should add that he didn't focus on the reason I had been referred to him but rather tried to promote bone grafts and implants not taking into account my age or my problem. I know from his staff that in January he is doing some further study what he needs to study is his attitude and improve it. Fortunately I have been interstate and was able to get another opinion. It is a pity for Cairns he has no opposition.

Good surgeon in regards to the procedure itself however very arrogant & dismissive bedside manner.
