DO NOT USE THIS SHOP... Worst bike shop in Cairns, absolute rip off. $2700 for a piston and rings kit and carby kit. 15 hours of labour for a 8 hour job if that more like 6 or 7 hours. And they absolutely stuffed it up and within 9km the bike was completely stuffed. Said it's not there fault. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Rip off prices and the worst mechanic work I've ever seen. Not only once but twice they ripped me off thousands of dollars and that's after using them for 20 yrs plus. Stay away if you enjoy riding your bike. Absolutely pathetic service.

I went in without an inkling of what I was after, Joel helped me to find the perfect bike for me and even helped me get a really good price. No sleasy salesman tactics, answered every question I had (and believe me there were a lot of them) and overall made it a very fun and pleasant experience. I'm sure I'll be getting my next bike here too. 10/10 on all fronts.

These guys are the worst mechanics and biggest rip off...3 months to get piston and rings done $1500 in labour and get bike back and engine is now dead after 400km the engine fell apart...I would not send my worst enemy to this shop.

The shop is absolutely the worst in cairns.

Went into this shop twice today once in the morning at 8:40 ( only customer in shop) and again at about 10:30. Not one person offered me any help. Was looking at buying a bike and I am a cash buyer. No greeting, no help, no service.

Over charged for service spark wasnt changed like asked and gear box oil still old subpar service and fork seals 560 bucks what a ripp off will not return and will tell everybody
