I have been going to this practice for years, when DR Raj was my GP and was for 15 years

unforntunately he has moved to Melbourne now and his co partner Dr, Suresh is the one I have been seen for sometime now after been with him for a while I find him to be very slack no follow up what so ever in any medical situation the Diabeties Centre North Cairns has asked him to follow up my sugar levels every few months as Dr, Raj used to do previously like clock work without missing a single date but Dr Suresh has not followed up even once, It is very clear all he is interested in is money and not patients when my son who was burgled and lost everything in the house his car keys jewellery money and was a little down and out I took him to Dr, Suresh to get him some sleeping pills and help him as he was a little down at the time. all Dr. Suresh could say was these are material things don't worry you can always replace them yet on the 5th Nov.2024 I had to go to him for my drivers licence and he deceivingly mislead and deprived me of gettiing a HR licence not for medical reasons but for the sake of $110.00 which I would have gladly paid if he had been upfront and honest about it he tried to blame the transport dept did not fill the forms properly I had to come a waste my morning with him again the next day 6th Nov.2024 as the forms were highlighted by the transport department not filled and they assured me they do not charge extra for HR licence the girl even commented it appeared my Dr was more focussed on money than on filling the forms she tried ring the doctors although the closing time was 4-00 pm it were closed at 3.50 pm with the answering machine on saying that they were closed for the day. Dr suresh has charged my sister $120 for a car licence which is not correct but is too timid and is awkard to front him about it. I have previously had 3 Drs who have bulk billed my licence forms Dr Sivasubramaniam whos is still at medical centre Grafton street Dr, Raj co owner of this current medical practice and even a specialaist Dr Sinha who has previously bulk billed me only Dr Suresh who stuffed me around for two days by not doing his job properly and tried to decieve me for money and has prevented me from getting a HR licence which I have held since 1984. he never listens to the patients he tries to show he knows it all but his actions speak a lot louder than his words I have read other reviews too it sinks for example look what he did too Max Ridinsky regarding his medication he never if unsure refers you to a specialist like Dr Raj used to do He never gets a second opinion only gives false information even to his nurses and then denies it I say this through personal experience too when I question him he denied and did not want to clarify with the nurse. I will not recommend his to any new patients and advise those who see him to be more careful he changes his story and denies his mistakes only interesed in money the others nurses and staff are very nice over there
