I had an excellent experience with Calliope Automotive, Field & Towing Service. After a U-bolt failed on my trailer while towing, Craig was quick to help and handled the situation safely and professionally.

Communication was clear, expectations were explained properly, and the follow-up work — replacing the U-bolts and a tyre — was done with care and attention to safety. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or misled.

This is a solid local business that takes responsibility seriously and helps people when they’re genuinely stuck. I’m very thankful for the assistance and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bought a damaged car from there, and they expect the car to be picked up straight away otherwise fees are charged, which towing company is available within 5 minutes for a damged car pick up??!! Then when I have a towing company available they want 24hours notice to pick up?? So now it has to be timed perfectly for pick up, then when the tow truck driver arrives early, I am charged $66 for early release, what a joke!! Your admin department must of worked for the Government or Qantas to get that sort of scamming experience. Never again.
