Unfortunately we have had nothing but drama since visiting this company. We first purchased a few meters of what was supposed to be 'top notch' veggie blend. The mix that we got was full of weed seeds and the produce that we are trying to grow (from seed as recommended) in it is yellowing? We also paid top dollar for 4 meters of the 'rainforest mix'. At the time of purchase we were very skeptical that the product was what we had originally viewed but we were assured it was the rainforest mix. A couple of weeks later we went back to purchase some fill and saw that the rainforest mix we had purchased was very different to what they had on display again. After showing them a video of our gardens and what was used, they agreed that the product we were given was not the rainforest blend. At the time of purchase, they were running low on the rainforest mix so they tried to make the product go further by adding a lot of hard chip mulch. In dealing with this matter, they were unapologetic, aggressive and only refunded the difference between the two mulches. So we had to pay for a product we did not want all over our garden. Every time we go there the price is different. The main operator there makes you feel like he's giving you a good deal but he's trying to rip you off wherever he can. He has even told me that if he looses money with one customer, he will make it up on another. The last lot of fill we got was full of rocks. We asked for fill with no rocks (large rocks) and were told it had been screened. When the operator saw for himself the rocks which were bigger then fist size, he replied that he must have accidentally picked them up in moving it between locations. Once we got the fill home and were unloading it, we saw the extent of the rocks and called the office to speak with Tony. His response was to pick it up and take it back for a refund. These guys are supper rude and very dishonest. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
