Cricks Caloundra

Absolutely disgusting service at Cricks Caloundra. The salesperson gave us false and misleading information. We were told that the car would come with 6 months registration, a resprayed bonnet, resprayed front bar and exterior and interior detailed. The only thing we got was the bonnet reprayed which is still somehow scratched and there is over spray all over the headlights and front bar. We also only got told once we were driving the car away that there was no spare key. When we went to pick up the car, the salesperson failed to tell us that the car was located at Caloundra and we went to Maroochydore as the contract and deposit receipt was from Maroochydore. This added an extra 40 minutes to our 1.5 hour trip with a 5 month old baby. We have been told that we can return the car for the front bar to be resprayed and the car detailed as per the contract which is great, but that makes us car less and another 3 hour round trip, but they want nothing to do with paying the registration and the extra key. I am so disappointed that we have spent $28,500 of our hard earned money to now have to be out of pocket another $500 for registration that is due on Monday and $500 for an extra key. I am going further and making a consumer complaint as this is so unfair and no one wants to address these issues.
