We had three quotes for split systems throughout our 3 bedroom home. Ezy Air was not necessarily the cheapest, but reviewing the reviews of the all three made it an easy choice nonetheless. Ezy Air's reviews were almost without exception very positive, with an emphasis on following through as promised.

Also, and not unimportant, they were the only party that immediately came out to assess the premise in order to come up with a correct quote directly. The others didn't mind doing a quote over the phone with a follow-up assessment when you accepted the quote with a 10% deposit first. (my guess is that the quote would then be altered, upwards). Hence, no surprises for Ezy Air when the team came.

The team were all friendly, and worked hard. The job took a bit more time into the 2nd day than expected and that was taken into the team's stride without any fuss.

The testing and signing off of the electrical and gas (old ducted heater decommissioning) systems was done following all legislative rules. The subsequent 'permits' were sent to us, telling us they were on their way prior to receiving them - all good communication practice.

So, this is my glowing recommendation of Ezy Air!

The whole process from the first enquiry to the completed works was simple, thorough,  friendly and professional.



Our request was for the decommissioning of the existing gas ducted heating system (two story townhouse), and the installation of a 3-head split Airconditioning system for the  upstairs bedrooms, taking advantage of the VEEC discount.



The response with the quote (very competitive), and the booking/commencement of the Installation, upon acceptance, was arranged in less than a week (thank you Ash)!



The EZYAIR install team of Abbey, Jackson, Chris and Cain were excellent. 



They arrived on time, explained the whole process, were very friendly and efficient during the installation, and thouroughly cleaned up after completing the works before explaing the operation of the split units.



Full works completed in less than a day.

Joseph and Abbey made the installation of my first ever air-conditioning unit and switchboard upgrade a breeze. They were so efficient, lovely and left the place looking so clean. I doubt you could do better and I'm so delighted I chose Ezy Air. Thanks team, absolutely a 5 star service.

I want to share my experience on installing four split air conditioners unit in my house week ago, the team of four is a amazing team( Wilson, Josh and Cain) who managed to take away my old heating unit and install four split units professionally and beautifully within 8 hrs! including lunch time! We even have spare time for jokes! I am very happy for their work and very happy to ezyair having a such professional team leaded by Chris, his leadership was first class!

Only one drawback, price was not the cheapest, i felt like paying premium economy class price !!! but getting a business class service 🥳 So i strongly recommend Ezyair if u got similar project

I waited for a month to he sure of the new units performance to write a review. I can confidently say that my experience before during and after the replacement and installation of my new Fujtiszi Aircon in my apartment was easy and stress free. The team who came to install were professional respectable and kept me up to date at each stage. They treated my home with care. I highly recommend Ezyair for all your Aircon needs.

Really great service from start to finish. Super responsive providing a quote, and managed to book in the install within a week. Installation was really smooth- Chris and Kyle were great.
