I would put zero if I could. I have had a membership here I will now be not renewing as this morning they decided to just open an hour late. With my husband experiencing Intense pain with a migraine and I and two elderly women waiting out the front - no sign even though the idiot on the phone tried to argue there was - they apparently put a sign on their back door - they were in the shop to answer the phone but refused to let anyone in, this is the most disgusting and appalling behaviour and I do not think they deserve anyone's custom now. Do not reward this behaviour. I will be writing a formal complaint to their head office. You cannot treat sick customers like garbage because you decide it's a good idea one morning to open an hour later. No apologies on the phone either. Worthless.
