This company took $31.11 from me on 19 January 2023 for my purchase of mower blades and haven’t sent them or refunded to me my money approaching 9 months.

I have been waiting for 7 months for my order, & they do not answer their phone, & they are not responding to my messages.

Paid but didn't receive products. Telephoned and emailed numerous times and no one ever responded so had to go to PayPal to get refund

Do not buy from this "business". You don't get your product and have to go to PayPal to get your money returned as they never respond to your enquiries. PayPal are going to ban them soon as they've had so many complaints.

Please do not buy from them. You will not receive your products and you won't be able to get hold of them. They do not answer emails or telephone calls. I have reported them to NSW Fair Trading, my Bank and ACCC.

scam company. never sent my order and not refunding me

Bought a few things for my lawnmower just to be told that there’s no stock and it will take 3 months to get the parts from overseas. I emailed right away and ask for the order to be canceled as I can’t wait that long. They replied that they’d refund me and then followed up if the refund was being actioned. They never replied and 3 months later the package arrives at the post office ready for collection. These people are nothing less than scammers.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. After two months of no communication from them I finally received an email telling me my items that were listed as in stock when I ordered haven’t arrived in their warehouse. To cut a long and frustrating story short, I spent far too much of my time chasing up a refund after they kept pulling excuses out as to why I hadn’t got my money yet. The only way they allow you to contact them is via email which means you are at their mercy to receive a reply. In the end I had to contact fair trading in order to recoup my money and it seems I am one of the lucky ones who was able to get it back. If you look at the list of top companies that get complained about on the Fair Trading site you’ll find All Mower Spares nice and high up in the list. How they are still allowed to operate despite so many complaints is a mystery to me!

Placed an order on 17/2/23 for an item that their website says is “In Stock ready for shipment”. Over a month later - NOTHING

They don’t answer their phone - EVER

They haven’t responded to any of my emails requesting an update on my order.

I sent them a message via their web chat service and got a response saying to email the same address that has not responded to me and then closed the ticket.

I have honestly never dealt with a company with such poor customer service ever. They take your money and don’t provide the goods.

This is the second time that this has happened to me with this company. I had to take them to NSW Fair Trading previously to get action. I had hoped they would have learned their lesson and improved but they obviously do not care about their customers at all.

If you have been burned by them as well, I encourage you to make a complaint via NSW Fair Trading.

I am still waiting for refunds for orders from 22/2/22 & 6/4/22 for which they took payment but couldn't supply. Manny emails to and fro with mostly stalling replies. Now they won't reply at all. So I logged in and went to the Chat help site, and was told contact admin, it's not my area. So I wait again.
