Blackwoods

So I went to Blackwoods Campbellfield to purchase 2 sutton tapping die nuts that were not in stock so the store attendant tells he can order them in if I pay up front which I did, approximately "eleven" days later I received a call notifying me the my order is in stock and awaiting pickup so I visited the store with my paperwork and approached the counter, the gentleman at the counter brings out 1 die nut, I ask where is the 2nd one? He says you only ordered 1 and the 2nd one you purchased and took with you. I insisted twice that I did NOT take anything with me and that I ordered 2 but the kind gentleman at the counter shakes his head so to avoid a physical confrontation I walked out leaving the 1 die nut and my paperwork on the bench. I immediately called Blackwoods head office and raised my grievance and they told me they would investigate my story against the store CCTV and get back to me. Nothing has been resolved and I'm approximately $52 down and 2 weeks and counting and no die nuts or apology, I strongly suggest to everybody to avoid Blackwoods Campbellfield and under "NO CIRCUMSTANCES" place an order, I do not enjoy being accused of lying as I am a God fearing Law abiding citizen and my record is sparkling clean!
