Car - Bra Australia

Totally unsatisfactory experience. The company sold me the bra with an assertion that they had made bras for my model car and that fitting would be no problem. A couple of days later they called to explain that the colour that I had contracted for was not available so I should change to black as they would have to buy in more stock in order to fulfil my order! I declined and they sourced the agreed colour. Next the Bra turns up but blocks the air path to intercoolers! It took a lot of explaining to convey the message that this was not satisfactory, and further that there were other issues inluding the bra was obscuring parts of the number plate, and the holes for parking sensors were in the wrong position for my model. I posted the Bra back and it was subsequently returned with the ventilation holes fixed but not the senosors or number plate. They assured me that I should stretch the item to make it fit though the holes missed by 11cm!. The item was returned with the explicit instruction not to return it to me until they confirmed the fitting by putting it on my model car at their location. The item was returned to me without a test fit; and, as would be expected, still does not fit. So, two attempts to sort it out, a lot of mucking about and wasted time; and I still have dud product that cannot be used as it still interferes with parking sensors, obscures too much of the number plate and is generally a poor fit. In my opinion the company does not treat complaints seriously and failed to listen properly to my concerns (including in writing). Subsequently my next course of action is a complaint to the ACCC.

Over the years I have had 5 car bras from Car Bra Australia . They have been to the highest standard .The fitting is perfect unlike a lot of the generic type on the market in which I got caught and bought one from E-Bay for a Holden VE-SS beleive me the material was paper thin and the mesh on the inner side was harsh and destroyed the paint work.... The staff at Car Bra Australia are extremely friendly... and very efficient I recommend their product to anyone

I have had several car bras from Car Bra Australia and I cannot fault them in any way.
They are efficient .customer service is excellent and they will go out of the way to help not like other company in todays market I found them very friendly and being a family run business they have been around for a long time and a very dedicated to the work... A cannot speak highly enough of them and I have been 100% satisfied

Don't buy a CarBra! I had only heard good things, but after a single interstate trip it had damaged my headlamps. Very surprised and disappointed. The CarBra has scuffed my headlamps, removing the UV coating. Quoted $950 to replace them.

I fitted the CarBra as directed by the instructions and am now left to prove this or write off the damage. Custom fit for a 2008 Ford Falcon G6E, it fit well when I put it on. I was upset when I took it off. I wish Yellowpages let me upload a photo.
