I am not surprised to see there is already a complaint regarding the conduct of the drivers. Today one of the drivers was blocking my street horizontally, with a van parked in the lower half of the house on the opposite side. They tried to wave me through the tight space, but I didn’t feel comfortable and asked them to move forward. They looked at each other and laughed, I told them i am a young mother of two children and don’t appreciate the added stress they were giving me.



I called the head office and spoke to Kristina Oates the Operations manager who told me, that they continually get complains about them “laughing” but they are just “smiley” and secondly, being a young mother with children isn’t an excuse to be upset and use a swear word at the drivers. So in summary, I called to make a complaint and he blamed the situation on me. I asked if he reports to his General Manager he replied “I certainly do” I asked for his name and he told me “He couldn’t remember” and hung up on me. I definitely would avoid this company as the level of professionalism is non existent and absolutely deplorable.
