Snowman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Refrigeration

Arranged an appointment in advance for them to come out in the morning, they messaged the night before saying they were going to come in the afternoon, they then called and said they were held up and will come later that evening then called and said their mum wanted them home, most unreliable customer service ever!!

I would never recommend this company. They broke tiles on the roof, tried to cover it up but were caught red-handed. Never completed the job and left vents disconnected in the ceiling.

Terrible! Dont use these guys. We have had nothing but problems with bith our cooling and heating since having it installed. Save yourself the headache and pay a bit extra for a job well done. Will never deal with these guys again.

POOR DISGUSTING DISHONEST INSTALLATION. Please Do not use this disgraceful company..They installed an evaporative aircon to my elderly mothers home, in January 2016,within 12 hours water was leaking from ceiling causing damage to internal and external ceiling, walls, carpets to a brand new home. Cut lines in ceiling next to where vents were installed Screw holes left with no screws in ceiling no where near the vent. tried contacting all that night. Finally got hold of owner who blamed his plumber who also gave me the wrong claim policy number to start damages claim.. Wont return calls, emails, and over 1 year later its still not workable and brand new home damaged..

Absolutely disgusting service. We got Danny out for a quote and their prices seemed reasonable, so we decided to go with an interest free payment option. However we tried numerous times to get someone to call us back after the initial visit to organise installation yet nobody could be bothered calling us back. Dealing with the phone operators was a terrible experience. They were rude and disinterested and when I finally got a hold of the sales rep (two weeks after leaving messages and after the date of the supposed installation) we were told that there was a problem with the interest free providers and that they were switching companies. When I suggested that perhaps they should have let us know this as a courtesy they said that they would get back to us when they had set up a new contract with the new interest free providers. That was months ago. I've read numerous other bad reviews and if this is their customer service during the pre-sale period then I'd hate to see what kind of job they'd do with installation. So glad we didn't go with them.

Still no split units installed keep getting told on holidays a joke avoid them

These guys really know what they are doing. I had a very difficult job on a home i was building - all the other jokers just recommended split systems. However the only problem was I didn't want split systems on my walls. Snowman worked with the builders - getting ceilings lowered, and re-engineered my frames. I end up with a fantastic multi zoned heating and cooling solution. I could not be happier. Thanks for your patience with me. Thanks

We called on Snowman to provide ducted gas heating and ducted air-conditioning for our new home building project. In a rather large home we required 4 reverse cycle refrigerated ducted air-conditioning units and one BEASTY gas ducted unit ...all with zoning.I have to say we were soooooo impressed from the point of consultation when the experts came to discuss and ascertain the most efficient and effective heating and cooling options at building stage to suit the design of our home, and equally impressed with the knowledge utilized when it came to the installation of the ducting, placement of the inlet and outlet vents for efficiency, along with the zoning units. They simply got nothing wrong and the quality and reliability of their products and service is second to none. Follow up has been amazing ...

From the time I sent an enquiry to the follow up, it's been great service. The unit is great, very happy, would recommend Snowman to everyone! Thank you for the great service, advise and quick installment.
