I'm very disappointed with how i was treated by AIMS. They were not helpful at all given my circumstances. They happily took payments of me for 15 years and they i got hit with financial trouble and they treated me like the worst dirt. When i tried to tell them about my circumstances they didn't even care, they charge me 5.5% interest rates! when everyone else is doing it for 3%. I lost my job so i'm stuck. but i'm warning everyone now, stay away from these people, they are very rude and very arrogant to even talk with. one of my biggest regrets.
