Cash Convenience

Please be warned, I placed my laptop into Cash Convenience for loan and it was in perfect working order when i gave it to them, when I redeemed my laptop from Cash Convenience it was no longer in the same working order, I could not charge my laptop and unplug it from mains power because it would instantly shut down without direct power, I then spoke to Cash Convenience on the telephone about the problem I am facing with my laptop now and they stated to me on the phone "it is in the same condition as to when you gave it to us, you can go ahead and contact fair trading" with the attitude of we don't care
