Kelly Hair & Nails

I had the most horrible experience getting foils here. Kelly herself is extremely rude and arrogant and I felt like I was bullied the whole time because she performed a service on my hair and couldn’t deliver what she promised. Her solution to fix my hair was to make it darker, which was the complete opposite of why I came in to get my hair lightened. also, if I did agree to her fixing it, she wanted me to pay more and said the only thing I wouldn’t have to pay for was if I was to get a toner, which is the product that stuffed up my hair in the first place. she began walking around the salon and trying to complain about me to other customers right in front of me. I actually had other customers come up and agree that my hair was multiple different colours including orange blue grey brown and only a little bit blonde. everyone seem to understand what the issue was as you could not only clearly see it but I explained it multiple times. Kelly just refused and kept insisting it wasn’t her fault. I was in tears for most of my time at the salon.



please do not go here for any sort of hair treatment/ service even if you think it is something extremely simple. I can’t talk on the skills of the other hairdressers but at least don’t get anything done by Kelly.
