The accountant actually sat down and asked me a whole heap of questions in relation to my job and what expenditures I have paid for. At other places, they just asked what i did for work and I would walk out five minutes later with barely anything.
Its nice to feel like I am welcome and deserve my benefits.

Was charged more than $300 inc. their kickbacks for a simple ITR & investment property that included the EOFY stmt that I supplied, The most expensive tax return service fee that I paid in my life! I should have used a real accountant and I could have received more refund. I should have read these reviews beforehand before using this disgusting exploiters!

You pay a lot here to get good service but not worth it!
They actually lost my tax money by putting it into the wrong account and then took a month for me to get it back and then they paid me short and they wouldn't fix it
