Air Conditioning Doctor

We couldnt be more happy with air conditioning doctor. Our split system stopped working just as it got cold. They were able to come and see it the next business day- everyone else could only come a week later. They diagnosed everything in about 45mins. Ordered our oarts and a week later (in total!!) we have a working heater in time for the coldest part of winter.

I contacted Air Conditioning Doctor about a serious problem with my ducted air conditioning system. I have a 2-storey townhouse, and the unit is on the roof. I initially spoke to a few different repair companies, who told me they wouldnt be able to access it because of the height of the building. Stephen from Air Conditioning Doctor said that shouldnt be a problem, and hed send around an additional worker at no extra cost. After organising a day for them to come, the repair team arrived promptly, and had no problems getting up on the roof and diagnosing the problem. They wrote a detailed invoice about what they encountered, and let me know that the repair might be covered by my home insurance.

I was e-mailed a full quote shortly after, explaining what needed to be done, and at what cost. After booking in the repair on a Monday, they ordered the parts immediately, and organised to do the repair that same week. As promised, they arrived on time, and completed the job by the end of the day. After completion, Stephen talked me through the job step by step, explaining what they did, and how they dealt with the issues they encountered.

I was very happy with the level of service I received, Stephen and the team were quick to get back to me when I had questions or concerns, and they were prompt in organising days and times to attend. I especially appreciated having the problems with the unit explained in detail, and was encouraged to contact them again if I had any other queries. Definitely recommend.

My Coolbreeze air conditioner was serviced today for the second year running. They are polite, do the job without fuss, provide me with a future outlook regarding wear and tear, test the unit and accept credit card payment. In December 2012, on a very warm Friday afternoon, I had an emergency . A hidden part broke causing the conditioner to malfunction. They "pulled out all the stops", replaced the part, which they had on board their vehicle, tested the unit and left me a very happy customer.
