I left my external hard drive with this business on 7/1/16 as they advertised Data Recovery and I paid $88.
They had the hard drive for 2 and a half months and during that time I had to ring to find out the progress of the job. At no time did they ring me regarding the status of this job.
When I last rang I was informed that the data was unrecoverable and I collected the hard drive on 22/3/16.
I suspected this wasnt the case, so took the hard drive to another business who recovered all of the data in 24hours. To be advised that this was unrecoverable is negligent business practice as I would have lost everything if I had taken their advice.
A request for a refund of the $88 I paid for NO service was also ignored.
I definitely would not recommend this business.
