Holy Basil

All I have to say is that one of your staff kept on ignoring us not just once but twice we tried to order from him. First he acted as if he was busy but just ended up sitting by the register, and second we ordered from him asking for to order a dessert and thinking he put through the order but then 30 mins later wondering where our dessert was asking another staff member apparently there was no order put through. It wasn't even a busy night so I don't understand why that may of happened. Next at the register not only was it the same guy who ignored us but Holy basil are now charging for all card transaction (2% surcharge on visa and mastercard including if you paypass or click savings or cheque) the guy said only eftpos(card type) there is no surchange, no one has eftpos company cards anymore everyone has visa or mastercard so which is weird to see cause I've never dined at a place who will charge me 2% when I'm using my savings account. What I would like to conclude is I'll never dine Holy basil again as there is a far better thai place called 12 spices around the corner. Just wanted to give a heads up for other people who'd want to dine Holy basil Canley Heights on how things have changed. Thank you.

by far the best Thai Restaurant I have been to in a very long time, the food is amazing the atmosphere is fun, and the very reasonably priced. highly recommend Holy Basil , the best Thai in town
