I dealt with Kim regarding my EOFY taxes which including capital gains tax which on the website says they are "Experts in Capital Gains Tax" amongst other things. Never in my life have I heard the following from a tax agent before:

- "That's too much work"

- "It's too hard"

- "Can you work it out and give it to me"

She told me to do all the work regarding the CGT to 'save me money' - I am not an accountant, just FYI - and then charged myself and my partner $440 EACH to enter the work that I did into the system.

I understand it is a busy time of year, and I attempted to be a courteous as possible to her time restrictions; regardless, she was rude, short answered and condescending in attitude towards both myself and my partner.

I will never use this company again, I will never recommend this company. Be very wary and please steer clear.
