Wow, i have never experienced such a rude and horrible shop owner in my life! All i wanted to do is return a stapler that i bought 2 days ago with my receipt (that has never been used) and she huffed and puffed about the packaging being opened. When i said i didn't realise it would be such an issue she said 'well have you ever owned a shop?' To which i replied 'i used to work at kmart and we would take returns with damaged packaging' and she said 'well go back to kmart!' Please don't go here, she was awful!
