Tyrepower

I am very disgusted in the lack of ownership shown by the people working at the Canning-Vale store. I asked for 5 tyres, a wheel alignment and a balance to be done on my car, and 10 months later the rear tyres are bold. Bloody revolting, I'm not usually one to complain but if I was the regional manager of this company I would be having a serious look into the ethics of this store

I have been using Tyrepower Canning Vale for at least 10 years now, and bought at least 20 sets of tyres, plus puncture repairs and alignments. I have thrown a couple of tricky problems at them in that time and they have always come back with good answers, good service, good advice and good products.

I just got tyres from tyrepower they are friendly and happy staff who give you a good price i will be going back for all my tyre needs

Very, very disappointed, lies, poor attitude, and lots of excuses!

Stay away or you may pay more money and time to fix up your car.

What they are good at is finding ways to take your money and in return; they will give you a headache, lies and plenty of excuses!


Not worth your time look, somewhere else, do not make the same mistake as I did.

Bad experience. $500 paint chips on my rear bumper. After nearly 2wks phonecalls to complain, finally saw the manager who came up with various bs and said I did it myself with a 22" wheel (apparently XR6 Falcons have 22" wheels) and refused 2 cover the repair bill. Disgusted. Zero stars

Zero stars for this business. very disinterested sales and service people.
they stripped a wheel nut, didnt tell us and let us drive home with a wheel nut missing off the car!
Very poor conduct.
Recieved no response from the business in many voicemail messages, when wew finally got hold of someone they tried to blame it on us.
no confidence in a company that will not stand by its work
