Warren was recommended by a supplier so made contact by phone I was told to leave details via sms and he 'd sort a time. Waited waited waited days went by so got back in touch, too busy will get back...waited waited waited...Absolute rubbish customer service would not recommend.

Wonderful service couldn’t ask for better, prompt friendly and very knowledgeable best service I’ve had regarding my spa. Will definitely call Warren again with any spa problems. Couldn’t be happier

Great service, highly recommend. After being told by another company my spa heater needed to be replaced (without much investigation), Warren took the time to look at the unit and actually refurbish it back to perfect working order without needing to replace it. All other parts he supplied were top quality, including the new filter which is top of the range. Would definitely use again.
