Avoid at all costs! Had them install security screens and sliding door. After they installed the sliding door I now can’t shut my glass sliding door. 1 week later and after leaving they key out on 3 seperate occasions each time they were no shows. I still can’t shut my glass door! What a joke! Absolutely no customer service.

"Your blinds will be ready in 2-3 weeks." 4 weeks later "the fabric for half your order is out of stock." Why does it take 4 weeks to figure that out... I've reselected a different fabric on the 14th Dec that is in stock, but I'm now in my new house with plastic on my windows because it's too hard to make just 2 blinds for my front bedroom first and install them then do the rest at a later date. Never buying from them again. I would have cancelled my order if they weren't desperately needed

Rang Westral for quote to see how much it would cost to have some blinds made up. I had the measurements in front of me but was told that a representative will come out and measure and quote the cost. I explained i can give her the measurements over the phone now and i can put the blinds up my self as the blinds are for a bus. I was then told " i quote " we dont do buses, i then asked whats the difference between a house and a bus, again i was told, we dont do buses. Its there loss as i have seven blinds to be made up and three more at a later date. i definitely would not recommend Westral to anyone especially if they own a bus.

i recently used Westral for some blinds and a security screen. The whole process was smooth and simple. Highly competitive price for a locally produced product. The salesman and installer were both on time, friendly and professional. Really happy with the result, will definitely use again especially considering they are WA owned and operated.

Took 8 months and 9 visits to install 5 security screens, would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor service, no discount for all the hassle offered. Not happy at all.
