AHG Auto & Tyre Service

I was supposed to get a loan car but when I got at the workshop the guy said that it was booked without asking them and they didn`t have any available.
So they got to drop me off at the office and were supposed to pick me back up around 14.00pm.
I did drop the car at 7.00am and at 15.00pm I gave them a call to see what was going on.
The chick on the phone told me the car was ready and that there was a car which was leaving at 15.30pm and could pick me up around 16.30/17.00.
The problem is that it was friday and the workshop closed at 16.00pm.
SO me a a mate of mine had to leave work to pick the car up.
Such a waste of time and terrible customer service!!!
Never again.
