I was wrongly accused of not paying for an appointment fee and refused medical advice by the very doctor who provided me with a skin treatment script hat needed clarification regarding its application.

When the fee mistake was shown to be an administrative one, no appology was offered.



SCC Cannington wanted to charge me $100 just for collecting a script.



Every time I go to the clinic for my yearly check up, the cost has risen significantly.



SCC Cannington in my opion, use to be good service for a fair price, now it's poor customer care for a big fee. Money has become more important than people.

I visited this clinic and was advised that I had a very suspicious mole that needed removing urgently. 8 and a half weeks later and my urgent procedure has been cancelled for the third time. Excuses flow but service doesn't.
