our shopping experience was very good. Good customer service Paid $50 for same day delivery and stayed home on a Saturday night to recive my $800 purchase which never arrived. Life happens and I accepted that there was probably good reason however rug depot failed to call me which really annoyed me. The next day still nothing until I phoned them at mid day after i had finished Work and as I was not able to stay home again sunday nite, my purchase was delivered 7.30 Monday morning at which time my partner had gone to work as was inable to assist me in laying and moving furniture etc. I had intended on continued business there but now I will take my hard earned cash some where else.
