5-stars fixed my clutch after it died 13 months after. cannot delete my previous bad review

Claim Inquiry number: 223799, Do Not Buy the Extended Warranty Total Nissan will want to upsell you (done through National Warranty Company) it is useless and nothing but a hassle. Originally National Warranty Company replaced the Flywheel & Clutch Kit with Total Nissan under warranty, which was a painful and took 16 days. Has failed again and only found out from Total Nissan that they replaced the clutch kit with a cheaper aftermarket assembly. Have now been stalling the repair for over 3 weeks. 3 weeks of constant phone calls and hassles, in my opinion a strategy to make the customer pay for the repair themselves because they need their car back on road. National Warranty Company say they will pay for a rental car but will not pay for a rental car until your claim has been accepted which took weeks in both my cases. Also made us personally pay for a diagnosis of why the clutch failed a second time through, even though National Warranty Company (their insurer) required it. Do not buy from Total Nissan and under no circumstances buy the extended warranty no matter what info the car salesman gives you. More hassle than is worth the time and trouble.
