Fused Hair Studio

I was recommenced this hairdressers by a friend as they are well priced, went in to get the exact same colour (tint), cut & blow dry, hair similar lengths as my friend. My friend pays $85 and tells me never any more whenever she goes there. I am charged $148 and the only excuse they can give me for charging me an extra $63 is my hair is thicker.

I don't have thick hair. Lost a customer there.

Love having the girls at fused do my hair. I'm constantly changing my look and they come up with some great colour ideas. The colour they use is super gentle and leaves my hair in better condition every visit. I've had most of the staff there they are all different and work together, I'm always happy. Book ahead to get your appointment times as they book up in advance. It's a small and busy salon with an awesome outlook, relaxing with a fun vibe.

I felt like I was treated badly here. I just came for a cut and colour. And one of the girls (unsure of her name but she had pink purple hair and lots of tattoos) she did not like me for some reason. I cant think why, she must have judged me incorrectly. She gave me major attitude. I think they should treat all customers with dignity and respect. The place was not clean like fancy salons in the city. The hair colour job was OK, not great, I ended up going to another salon to fix it. Needless to say I won't be going back.

One of the hairdressers there, I don't know her name but she has lots of tattoos. She kept giving me a dirty look and standing close pretending to do something so she could eavesdrop on my conversation. She made my coffee and when I took a sip I saw her smirking and laugh out loud with the hairdresser who had been doing my hair. I don't know what I could have done to offend her. I don't want to speculate what she may have done to my coffee. I felt uncomfortable there. Their attitude is to gossip rather then clean. There were hair clipping from seveal previous customers on the shelf and under my chair. And dirty towels piled up ignored. I wasn't happy with my hair. Because of my ethnicity my hair got really fluffy and I feel like the girls were laughing about it. The girl with the tattoos helped dry my hair and steam and burning smell was happening. I hope she wasn't purposely damaging my hair. I would not go back there. Not a good experience. I did a better colour job myself at home using colour mousse to fix their terrible job.

I did not have a good experience here. I feel as if their skills are lacking. When I went back so they could fix their mistake, they took no responsibility and begrudgingly fixed it. I was very uncomfortable there. I would not recommend them because of lack of colouring skills and unprofessional attitude.
