No phone number when machines fail. Got the number from one of the neighbours and rang it and texted. No reply. Pathetic service. Have $100 worth of washing to do a few times a week but will do it elsewhere.

Never again, I wish I seen the reviews before coming, how can they leave it in a state like that, we are not animals. So angry

Very dirty place machines mostly old and filthy think the only thing done by the owners is pick the money up what a wasted opportunity

Absolutely no service of machines and no contact number displayed for manager. Spilt washing powder, generally dirty and one machine in particular was half filled with thick slime and dirty water which indicates it has been there for an extended time. Machines swallow your money and when I finally tracked down the manager (in Robina) his care factor was zilch
