Brakes Plus

Avoid! I read positive review so took our car there due to shuddering. the guys said that machining the rotors was needed. I queried replacing rotors and was assured there was enough thickness that machining would do. Two weeks later the brakes were squeeking and steppy like some parts of rotor werent in contact. Called brakes plus,took car in. He told us the rotors had warped again from being thin in the heat. He suggested we replace the rotors and couldnt discount or compensate for the fact we were recently told by him that replacement wasnt necessary. Was disgusted!! And im telling anyone to steer clear due to gross incompetence, they claim to be brakes specialists.
