Curry Printing

Went in asked for a quote and a sample, told them I needed it within a week as i was going interstate and would need it to take with me.

Got told no problem and I could expect it by the end of that week (3 days later) but received nothing not even a courtesy call to say that as much.

I followed up on the Monday of the next week and got the manager who said that he was flat chat last week but he would make sure I had it by the next morning/day.

Tuesday afternoon still nothing received ??



This was just at the quote stage !!



Imagine as a business you need to service your customers and if like me you are relying on your print company to continually feed you with something (when you run-out that you simply you can't just buy off the shelf) like my special report paper, then you are not going be able to do this on time if your print company lets you down.



Basic old fashion customer service - reliability and professionalism - is what any business needs - sadly that's clearly not understood at CURRY PRINTING.



That's why I will have to take my business elsewhere as unlike CURRY PRINTING my customers are too important to me to let down.
