BLW Airconditioning & Refrigeration

My property manager sent Lloyd and his offsider to fix my a/c. Nightmare from beginning to end! Lack of communication, excuses, rudeness, vague. I don't doubt they know their stuff but their service is terrible

Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. Lloyd was a pleasure to deal with and I've now been equipped with the knowledge to best maintain my A/C units. Would be pleased to have BLW visit again in future (assuming my A/C unit decides to play up again).

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I am appalled at the way we were treated by Lloyd this time around. We had used them previously and they were fantastic however this time they were a nightmare. From only available between 10 and 12 to being rude, swearing and cancelling our appointment the week of after we had taken the day off to be there because he wanted a long weekend. I am so shocked at the service!

The professionalism of BLW is above and beyond what I have seen before.
Very prompt, reliable, and no job is to big or small.
I would recommend this business to anyone needing regular maitenance or break down on all Airconditioning & Refrigeration equipment.
