I used Carnall Removals and have used two competitors (once as my company organised the move from South Australia to New South Wales and used their preferred supplier, and the second time as I was moving internationally out of Australia). The Carnall Removals experience stood out from the others. I found them professional, well organised and efficient. I utilised their packing service for kitchen items and an extensive crystal collection and everything arrived safely intact. They dealt with all the issues of my move including stairs to the house, a narrow U shaped internal staircase to the second story, a steep driveway, a very heavy and long custom built display cabinet with extensive glass and mirrors, and the prior owner of the house I was moving to not vacating the property on time! Their crews and office staff were helpful and friendly and Graham acted proactively to reduce any stress. Return of the boxes and refund of my deposit was simple – much better than having to pay for the full cost of the boxes upfront. I would highly recommend them to others.
