An electrical fire broke out due to faulty wiring these employees did, took it to them and they said it was covered under warranty and would be contacted with a quote if anything wasn't. Was not contacted, they said they took it apart, fixed it and want to charge for it. Contacted them several times, spoke to the manger who said it wasn't their fault they did the wiring wrong. Said they didn't have any proof of who completed the wiring, asked them to look at the security cameras, the manager said it didn't go back more than 2 weeks so they couldn't. They said we must pay or they will take it apart, give us the burnt broken pieces. Very disappointing, will contacting fair trading.

Misleading website terms and poor customer service. Despite advertising all over their website “same day dispatch” and “fast delivery”, my items were only posted 2 days after the order was placed, and despite paying extra for Express Post, items had not arrived after 5 days. The manager, Hamish, was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns, simply stating that they had a backlog, and hanging the phone up on me. As I needed to purchase the items from a local shop, he refused to refund the postage paid, despite the terms and conditions stating that they will refund postage if there is an error on their part.

We were pleasantly surprised with the fast and friendly service. Thanks Direct Pool Supplies! We'll definitely recommend.

Really helpful staff that make fixing my pool issues easy. Had a nasty stain that I couldn’t remove myself and after a quick chat I purchased a stain remover that did the the trick.

Product wasn't sent until I chased them up. They blamed a backlog from xmas and it's now mid Jan. Terrible customer service which was borderline rude and abrupt. Not worth the small price savings.

This pool shop is amazing. The largest showroom in Newcastle. They have everything. Really impressed.
