My wife rang this company. Big mistake.

We own 2 rental properties and live in Windale. When my wife mentioned we wanted built ins in our house at Windale, this fool immediately changed his tone and made a derogatory remark about the suburb. Said hed be there to quote on the 3 rooms we required but didnt show or bother to ring. His loss as we now have 3 other quotes and are making our choice based on reviews not price.. Avoid this company if youre smart, as is shown by most of his reviews..

I would never use or recommend this business to anyone there workmanship is disgusting and the way he treated me was like if I was a dog and he never cleaned up after himself left all the rubbish on the floor and I had to get rid off the rubbish at my cost and when he said the job was completed there was nothing square and the doors did not close probably.

Awww Justine J. That is terrible, I'm sorry that you had to go through that too especially just before Christmas! I hope it's all sorted out now though and that you don't get hassled further!

OMG Mia J I wished I had of read you review a day earlier, Exactly the same thing happen to me today, some of the worst carpentry I have ever seen, I think I could have done a better job, absolutely disgraceful. When I rang him to discuss it he was so rude and I couldn't get a word in. He did offer to come up and fix a couple of the issues but his idea and my idea of a quality job are very different and to be honest I don't want him back in my house to wreck anything else, left a huge mess, thinner soaked rags on my carpet and plaster all over the carpet even though I put a drop sheet down and it wasn't cheap, I am so gutted!! Doesn't deserve any stars!!

To be honest, giving this business 1 star is generous. Although the wardrobes are fine, the owner is unpleasant to deal with. Not only did he leave the job with imperfections such as uneven shelving and incomplete parts, he left a terrible mess for us to clean after work. Furthermore, he gave 4 inconsistent quotes, which when questioned about attempted to sue me due to his own incompetency. On every encounter he was rude and arrogant, belittling anyone he spoke to. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of the circus that is excel built in wardrobes!
