Wrong information for trade in price. Checked with 3 other sources and way over priced. Tried many times to sell us cars that we were not interested in. Did not listen to what we wanted. Office and area outside office was smelling of cigarette smoke that immediately turned me off. Extremely aggressive even for the car industry

Cars are overpriced.Do your research.Do not believe any promises made.I was told dent in door and scratch on bonnet would be repaired.after over a month still nothing has been done.Also took over a week to get the form 5 for rego transfer.

Car was not cleaned as garbage in glovebox and in pockets of seats.Also toyota service department told me rear wheel was buckled.

I have just been given a run around from the day I walked onto the lot.

The most obnoxious person I have ever come across. An employee (Indian)who liked to act as if he personally owned the car yard at Cardiff, looked down his nose at me and my father who were inquiring about purchasing a car in the 5000 bracket range. He disdainfully told us that this was his multi million dollar business and they do not deal with cars under 10,000. There was a car or two in that price range on the lot. He was rude and despicable and treated us like we were second class citizens. I will never recommend anyone to go here and would actively dissuade people I know.

Navid and the team at the Cardiff dealership took the time to know exactly what I wanted within my budget, They had a large pool of cars to choose from to provide a great deal. Their finance interest rate was better than what my bank had to offer and they were professional. I walked away feeling like I had the best deal I could have gotten particularly in comparison with other car yards. Buying a car through Fleet Sales in Cardiff was a really positive experience for me.
