The staff are rude. They advertise they can hem a pair of trousers in one hour - absolute false advertising. 4 days I have to wait because they are short staffed. Go somewhere else.

An absolute joke! The staff were rude. They took 3 days to hem a dress that I was told to pick up at 4pm and when I got there they hadn't done it even after I called them earlier that day to make sure it would be ready. It only took them 15minutes when they could see how angry I was. As it was a bridesmaids dress all the other bridesmaids got theirs hemed for $40 and looksmart charged me $80. $80 for horrible service and extremely poor time management. Never again.
