Swarovski Eternity Ring- I purchased a Swarovski Eternity Ring for my wife in December 2024. Despite being worn only on about a dozen occasions over seven months—and always stored safely in its original box and bag—one of the stones unexpectedly fell out of its setting. When I returned the ring to the store at GARDEN CITY Mt Gravatt, a staff member gave it a brief glance and abruptly remarked that the ring appeared “gritty,” suggesting it had not been properly cleaned after each use. This was disappointing, especially since I have carefully followed Swarovski’s care instructions. As a loyal customer with multiple previous purchases, I believe this issue is more likely due to a manufacturing or setting fault rather than any negligence on our part. This experience also raises questions about the reliability and clarity of Swarovski’s warranty coverage.
