The guys here were super helpful when I decided to buy a bike, making sure I had a test ride on a bunch of bikes before settling on one. They also throw in 12 months of servicing when you buy a bike which is nice.

Some of the staff do seem a bit snobby but that almost seems to be the norm in bike shops these days.
