Fashion Care Dry Cleaners

I wouldnt recommend giving your business shirts & suits to this dry cleaner due to the following reasons:

1. Lack of care. Several times my shirts came back with stains and wrinkles. Each time I showed their staff the stains on my shirt the response was along the lines of: You cant even see it. Two weeks ago (Beginning of June 2014) I gave a brand new $190 Rhodes&Beckett shirt to them for a wash and dry service and it not only came back with stains but also with all buttons loose and one button missing. After calling the shop owner personally, I received the slack response: the shirt is low quality. I received my shirt back with the missing button fixed; however, all other buttons were still loose.

2. Customer unfriendly service: Store staff did redo my shirts but appeared to show little understanding for my complaint. On one occasion one staff assistant said: Thats not our fault, the stains come from the fabric.

3. Expense: This store charges $4.50 for one shirt to be washed & dried. This appears to be more expensive than what most other dry cleaners charge (for example, TLC Dry Cleaners at Chadstone Shopping mall charge around $3.50 per shirt)

4. Slow turnover: If you drop your shirts on a Saturday morning, they probably wont have it ready before Monday afternoon. I think that is slow compared to how their competitors are performing (i.e., TLC in Chadstone would be finished by Sunday if laundry is dropped on Saturday).

In conclusion, this dry cleaner appears expensive, slow, unfriendly, and lacks consistent quality service. If you want a better dry cleaner nearby, I would recommend the following dry cleaners for wash & dry services:
