We wanted to do a full bathroom, laundry and toilet reno by ourselves at the last minute, couldn't get any bathroom renovator companies so we did the project management ourselves. All tilers I contacted are busy and needed months of booking in advance. The ones who are available, gave very high quotes. When I called EGI, Emanuel picked the phone up right away and within several hours over the phone, was able to give me a very reasonable quote, like almost half of other ones.



We've unfortunately got a dodgy plumbing company who dragged their feet and delayed the project for more than a week. I nervously asked Emanuel because I know tilers are always fully booked, but he re-assured me that their team would move another project forward to slide us in the week after so no further delay on my project.



EGI team communicated via Whatsapp so we are fully aware of when they are on their way, when they arrived at our house, what they are up to, and how we want our tiles to be specifically done. JB the tiler even gave me real visuals of several configuration of the tiles so I can decide & don't have to be there to supervise. There are a few hick up along the project due to my builder and plumber, but EGI team were always very accommodating - they even came back to get my missing skirting in because my builder didn't sheet one of the walls till the project was nearly done.



Their tiling skill is top notch - every tile is lined up perfectly. They leave the place clean afterward, and always so polite. Out of all the tradies we've hired for this project, they are probably the best! I highly recommend them for any tiling job & We can't wait to get them back for our next renovation project.
