Disappointed that we were given no advice on colour and application and wasted $150 purchasing a product that was not the colour on the tin nor suitable for our needs. Have been good customers and have spent hundreds at this business in the past and received sound advice on colour, so rather surprised at recent poor communication and utterly disappointed to have a refund request refused following this failure to communicate. Unless you are an experienced trade person, don't expect assistance in choosing the right product - ask the questions, as once they have your money, there is no after care.
