Did not attempt to deliver my package, was at home at apparent time of delivery, called immediately after receiving text saying package delivery was attempted but that I "wasn't available" (text received at apparent time of "attempted delivery") and just got told that "sometimes the drivers don't do their job properly" and I would have to pick up my package at the depot or get it redelivered. No attempt to contact the drivers, no concern whatsoever, nothing.



Apparently if you're a TNT delivery driver and you don't feel like delivering a particular package that day, you just don't bother and nobody really cares.

How can parcels that they have received then disappear into thin air. Promises of call backs and no one does , rude and unprofessional
