Door looks great and fantastic turnaround when requested that I needed the door earlier than the original timeframe. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish the customer service was faultless, highly recommend using Frankston doors and windows.

I was referred to this business by a friend who runs mosaic workshops at her gallery. I am a Visual Arts teacher at a local Primary School and thanks to Julie's expertise and practical advice, our Arts Club is well on the way to creating some beautiful artwork for our sculpture garden. The discount we received was an added bonus!

I would like to thank all the staff at Frankston Door Centre from the Quoting stage to picking my Doors to the Installation, they were very Helpful and couldn't do enough to make everything run smoothly and the results are just Breathtaking. True professionals and wonderful Craftsmen and Women. From my Hand made Timber entryway to the beautiful Stained Glass in my Door and sidelites. I can't stop looking at them. Thankyou so much.

After years of dealing with Frankston Doors, I am forced to re-evalute using them again. I was extremely disappointed after being on the receiving end of a very rude woman this morning, I was completely thrown by her ubrupt and very rude attitude and when I politely pulled her up on it she backed down. I was disappointed with Craigs handling of the situation also. Very upsetting.

Poor quoting processes, delivery almost three times longer than quoted, no communication about delays, shoddy workmanship, incorrect items installed, damaged and faulty products and then almost two months to get the rectification work done. No need to say any more!!!

We are so pleased with our new front entrance - it looks fantastic and the workmanship is excellent. From our first point of contact to arrange a quote through to the actual installation, Frankston Doors and Windows delivered professional efficient and friendly service and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

What an amazingly busy year to date. I finally have a moment to comment on previous the review. Whilst I welcome all feedback it needs to be fair. Yes Stuart came back a second day, this was to allow the customer to paint under the heavy wrought iron so it did not have to be removed. Yes there was a scratch on the glass put there by the painter, not affiliated with Frankston Doors, who also was responsible for losing the screws from the lock, as he removed the hardware to paint the door. Screws were replaced free of charge and delivered to the customer free of charge, without thanks!! ALL CUSTOMERS are given a warranty card specifying that the doors MUST be sealed on all six sides to prevent warping and lock/hardware failure. In this instance the customer received and signed a warranty card. The doors were not painted on the bottom. The doors moved and the hardware became stuck. We sent a carpenter out at no charge and he fixed the hardware. The doors swelled (caused by moisture getting in the unpainted surface) and were hitting on the sill. Craig went out and spoke to client and explained what was happening. As specified on our warranty card this is NOT covered under warranty and there is a charge. If this makes Craig rude then he will gladly accept the title. We cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control. I would like to rate Frankston Doors after customer service as very poor. We purchased new front doors in August and the initial interaction with the owners wife was excellent. She was courteous and very efficient. I cannot unfortunately say the same thing about her husband Craig. Our doors were installed three months ago and the installation should have taken a bout 4-5 hours, instead the installation ran over two days. The installer who was extremely pleasant left my home at about 9.30 pm having started the job at 8.00 am He did not finish the job and had to come back on the Saturday for two hours. I did not at any stage complain about the inconvenience of having the installer in my home for that period of time. I had to call the company a few weeks later because there was a scratch on the glass which I am not sure how that occurred but did not take the matter further. We then asked for new screws and they were dropped off which I did not think was a big deal because the owner lived fairly close. When I notice the doors had dropped Craig came out again and was quite rude and disinterested - the installer came back and fixed the doors. Craig then sent me an email saying that we were too demanding and the next visit would cost $180 - very disappointed in this because we had been very agreeable re the initial installation issues. Craig should not deal with the public he has very poor customer service skills. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. We were going to purchase sliding doors from them but would not now and I will never recommend Frankston Doors to anyone.

We have been in business for 20+ years and we are extremely proud of our achievements. A huge part of our business has evolved from our repeat customers and on average, Frankston Doors completes over a thousand installations every year, yet we have received less than 1% bad reviews. We would never pretend that we are perfect and that we haven't made mistakes, however, we always try to rectify any issues as they occur. Even the biggest companies sometimes get it wrong as evidenced by the many recalls we hear about.
