Fraudulent warranty statement and unreliable customer support. They have sent us a wrong size smaller pressure cooker and refused to replace it with the correct one (we ordered an 8L, received 5L). I doubt that they will honour any warranty replacements if the product you receive is deemed faulty or wrong item. Save yourself a headache and spend a little more for a quality product who has a good after-purchase support.
