In 1986 my friend and I started a small beauty salon. At the end of the year our accountant told us we'd owe close to $1,000 in tax - a lot of money then to at that time. As we'd only just broken even in the first year this seemed wrong. We were recommended to Duselis & Co who redid our books and we ended up owing nothing.



Since then I've had three businesses - 2 beauty salons & a catering business - and Duselis & Co have looked after me all that time. Val Duselis was our main contacts and now we work with his son Emils. It's a family business, they speak plain English, they are friendly and helpful and they have saved me heaps. I strongly recommend them if you run a small business or have an SMSF.

They are a small, friendly family firm that works out of a fibro building in Castle Hill - they don't waste my money on fancy corporate offices but they do save me a heap of money and keep me out of trouble with the ATO. Val, his son Emils, their partner Peter and the rest of the team are good, down to earth guys that speak plain English and understand me and my business.

They are flexible, always remind e when a deadline is due and have gotten to know me well, and vice versa. If you're a tradie, a small business owner, a sole trader like me or have a self managed super fund (like i have) I strongly recommend them.
