Lindus Dry Cleaners

I have a suit which I had worn only 3 times.. I took it to Lindus Dry Cleaners at Castle Towers and when I collected it ($25 later) the jacket was completely ruined with bubbles on all the front of the jacket. I complained and they sent it back for their "manager" to review. Went to collect the next day, same problem and the manager had left the message that it's not their fault but faulty manufacture of the jacket. I took it back to the retailer who sent it off to the manufacturer. One week later I received a report which said that too much heat had been applied and that the dry cleaner had ruined the jacket. MESSAGE: Never use this dry cleaner; not only are they incompetent but also they will not accept any responsibility for their poor work. This was a $750 suit ruined by them.
